This application form is designed to help us gather important information about each applicant and perform the necessary background checks. It is an essential step in ensuring that both the applicant and the property are a good fit. To submit the application, there is a non-refundable fee of $70 per adult applicant. Please note that your application status will remain “pending” until this fee has been paid. However, in the event that you are no longer interested in renting the property or do not meet the qualification requirements, the fee will be fully refunded to you as a courtesy. Once your application has been completed and approved, and you’ve had the opportunity to view the property, the next steps will involve moving forward with the rental process. If you decide to proceed with renting the home, the landlord will finalize all necessary preparations and provide you with the lease contract to review and sign prior to your move-in date. It is important to note that the names of all proposed occupants listed on the application will be reflected on the final lease agreement, so please ensure all information is accurate and complete.We appreciate your interest in renting our property and look forward to assisting you in this process.
